- Subscriptions (Digital & Physical)
- What’s Available
The Terra Australisan offers a mix of free and subscriber-only content. Subscription options—such as ongoing plans, gift access, and special offers—are listed at theterraaustralisan.net. These may change from time to time, and continued use of your subscription confirms your acceptance of any updates.
- Subscription Terms
Your subscription begins when you sign up or when any free trial ends. It will renew automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly, yearly, etc.) unless you cancel beforehand.
By subscribing, you consent to automatic charges using your chosen payment method. If a payment fails, you’ll have four (4) days to update your details before your subscription is paused or cancelled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime by logging in and going to “Subscription & Billing” > “Manage Subscription.” Please note: if you cancel, your original rate may no longer be available when you return.
- Payment Options
We accept credit cards and other methods shown during checkout, which may vary by region. You can update payment details anytime in your account settings.
- Price Changes
If subscription prices change, we’ll notify you before your next renewal. If you continue your subscription, that means you accept the new rate. If not, you’re free to cancel before the next charge.
- One-Time Purchases
Purchases like single issues or short-term passes are charged once and give access for the stated period. These do not renew automatically.
- Currency
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise noted during checkout.
- Free Trials & Intro Offers
From time to time, we may offer free trials or discounted introductory periods. A payment method is required to continue access after the trial ends. If you don’t cancel before then, the subscription starts automatically and you’ll be charged. Each account is generally limited to one trial or introductory offer unless stated otherwise.
- Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard. If you cancel during a paid cycle, your access continues until the end of that cycle. Free trial cancellations may result in immediate loss of access.
- Refund Policy
We do not typically offer refunds. If you cancel, you’ll retain access until the current period ends, but we won’t refund unused time. In rare cases, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion. One refund doesn’t guarantee future refunds.
- Consent to Electronic Communication
By subscribing or purchasing from The Terra Australisan, you agree to receive all communications—such as account updates, billing info, and service notices—electronically via email, through your account, or on our website.
- What You’ll Need

- Termination
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at our discretion and without notice. If we end your subscription and you're not at fault, we may provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of the billing period. However, if termination is due to misuse or breach of this Agreement, no refund will be given.
